In light of everyone discovering that Kim Zolciak was not building dream home 2.0 from scratch as she claimed for months, the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star took to twitter to defend her actions. 

"partially built home structure 70% NOT completed foreclosed, we purchased it and will be finishing it out BRAND NEW! Doesn't even have a driveway yet!" Kim insisted. TVFIshbowl provided photos of the home before Kim purchased it and I gotta say it doesn't look "partially built" but whatevs! There's really no point in deciphering Kim's nonsense. 

Moving on, Kim is unveiling her post-baby Kash weight loss to Life & Style. Kim reveals she's lost 30 lbs since giving birth 7 months ago.

“I’m only 5 to 8 pounds above my weight before I got pregnant,” Kim explains. And despite what reality TV shows as Kim always sitting around, she claims her hectic lifestyle helped her shed the pounds. “I never sit on the couch.”

“I think breast-feeding helped me lose some weight, and I was really busy as soon as I got home with Kash. I went straight into filming my spin-off show, Don’t Be Tardy… , and I’m sure that helped. I just never sat still!”

Kim has also apparently ditched her love of fried, fattening fast foods. “I don’t eat red meat or pork or much dairy, and I always eat in moderation.”

Kim says she still hopes to lose more. "I’m a size 4 right now, and my goal is to get down to a size 2,” she shares. “I’m accepting that I’m going to have to hit the gym — my girls laugh and say there’s no chance, but I really think I’m going to have to." 

Well… uh… Congratulations Kim on both your re-done home and your weight loss.

Get ready for your daily dose of delusional! Kenya Moore is falluting around the media announcing that SHE is the star of Real Housewives of Atlanta. 

“It certainly feels like I may be the new star of the show,” Kenya gloats to In Touch. “I certainly can keep people’s attention.” I think Kenya is confusing "star" with trainwreck. See people like to gawk and when someone goes overboard with the crazy we can't look away.

So if she thinks embarrassing herself on national TV is star power, well I can see why her career stayed D-List for all these years. But I s'pose I don't understand "gone with the wind fabulous!"

Keyna who puts herself in the same league as Obama in terms of her contribution to society claims the other women are simply jealous of her fabulosity and camera stealing appeal. There’s a lot of jealousy toward me,” she asserts. 

Kenya insists that she is replacing Kim Zolciak as the most fascinating Housewife on the show and she is quite certain she can fill those wigs to perfection. But not the uterus. 

“Like Kim, I’m a strong personality,” Kenya says. “If I don’t like something, I speak up.” And she is ready to nab that spotlight. Kenya says there are a few differences between she and Kim:  “I don’t chain-smoke. And I don’t constantly have a goblet of wine in my hand.”

Well, no offense Kenya but I think being drunk and acting crazy sure trumps just being straight-up crazy. 

Can anyone else hear NeNe Leakes and Phaedra Parks cackling long and loud while reading this. Laughing so hard they can't breathe for a minute, taking a sip of their wine, and saying, That was great. I needed that amusement.' 

Kenya little advice: Coochie crack is whack – and so are you, girl. Keep trying… actually don't. Stop trying and THEN we might actually like you. 

I really wish She By SheBroke were here this season. Sheree vs. Kenya would be the most epic thing ever. And someone really needs to check this woman! I guess in the interim Reality Tea will just have to suffice.

TELL US – IS KENYA THE "STAR" OF RHOA? CAN SHE FILL KIM'S MASSIVE WIGS? WAS KIM EVER THE STAR OF THE SHOW?

On last week's episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, many viewers were surprised to hear Porsha Stewart reveal she is pre-nup-less despite being married to former NFL superstar Kordell! 

In her Bravo Blog, Porsha explains why they made the decision to do it the old-fashioned way and reveals she was shocked Kandi Burruss even asked about the matter. 

"When Kandi asked me if I had a pre-nup. I was thrown completely off. I really like her and felt comfortable with her, but here I am about to answer a personal question for the world to see. So I just fly out with a no. In my opinion a marriage is a sacred union between two people coming together as one with love being that foundation — being one in mind, body, and spirit. This means I want to agree with my husband and have like minds, I want to bond with him in the flesh (meaning anything that has to do with the natural things, whether it’s a sexual, monetary, or family issue etc.)."

Porsha shares that since she feels their marriage is bound by religion there is no need for a pre-nup. 

"I also want to become one spiritually with my husband so that we are equally yoked. We have the same beliefs when it comes to God and how WE have our purpose shown to us by God. So through bonding with him in mind, body, and spirit there is no place for a piece of paper to stand between us. However I totally can see anyone else's point of view and understand why she or anyone else would choose to have one. For me I see it as a 'to each his own' issue."

In other RHOA news NeNe Leakes will be appearing in a skit on tonight's Golden Globes! NeNe revealed on twitter that she is worried about the Fashion Police, but she could just threaten to pluck Giuliana Rancic's eyes out ("bloop!") and that will take care of that. 

And last Sunday NeNe appeared on Watch What Happens Live where she dished on former Housewives Kim Zolciak and Marlo Hampton. 

Of Marlo, NeNe revealed she will be staging a comeback! “Marlo will be on the show; she’s going to show up at an event. She’s just as fabulous as she was last season."

“I hope that she’s back next season …," NeNe added. "I think Marlo is a perfect Housewife, I really do.” Uhhh… she's referring to check her charges, Marlo? Check her sugar daddy, Marlo? Alrighty. 

As for Kim leaving NeNe said it was bittersweet. “It’s kind of sad because we began the journey together, and we were on this journey for a reason and now that I’m the only one standing, I have my own little pity party," NeNe shared.

"Me and Kim didn’t get along but I think about how we all were together in the beginning,” NeNe added. 

Speaking of Kim, hubby Kroy Biermann's Atlanta Falcons won a Super Bowl playoff game today. And you know what that means… Wigs is one step closer to the Super Bowl boxed seats. Please, I implore you Kim, wear the body paint uniform replete with Farrah Wig to the Super Bowl if the Falcons make it. Can we start a twitter campaign for this?

TELL US – ARE YOU SURPRISED PORSHA HAS NO PRE-NUP? DO YOU WANT TO SEE MARLO RETURN TO RHOA? ARE YOU READY TO SEE WIGS AT THE SUPERBOWL?

The city of Atlanta may be large, but the reality TV circle in Atlanta is a small, small world!  It turns out that new series Big Rich Atlanta has some curious ties to our beloved Real Housewives of Atlanta, and more specifically to former cast member Kim Zolciak.

The first link is between BRA star Ashlee Wilson-Hawn, a former pageant queen, singer, model and philanthropist.  During filming of the premiere season of Big Rich Atlanta, Ashlee got into a physical fight with her co-star Kahdijiha Rowe and led to Ashlee quitting the show. (We don't think it was a long lived exit, but more on that down the road).

The attack reportedly left Ashlee shaken and determined to start an awareness campaign against violence and hate, which was inspired by her "dear friend" Cori Davenport (the two met through Ashlee's now ex-husband).  If y'all remember, Cori was a friend of Kim Z. on seasons 1 and 2 of RHOA.  You know, that time Kim skipped out on her charity event! 

Ashlee explained how Cori played an important role in her new endeavor, "Recently, I launched MY very own Philanthropy to raise awareness for Violence and Hate after I was brutally attacked by my costar while shooting a "scene" for Big Rich Atlanta. I have never witnessed violence or hate of this magnitude! After the struggle I went through to regain my strength following being so brutally violated; I was inspired by my dear friend and Philanthropist, Cori Davenport, to launch my Philanthropy to raise awareness against Violence & Hate! Cori wrote the slogan "Express yourself with your words, not your hands" This slogan will be used all over the world to inspire a movement against violence and hate. I plan to spend much time in 2013 developing this brainchild and new passion that is helping me heal and regain what was taken from me that October night when I was physically attacked."

Rumor has it Cori will be making a few appearances on upcoming episodes of Big Rich Atlanta. 

The second link between Ashlee and Kim is a complete rumor, so take it with a grain of salt.  Reportedly Ashlee has dated at some point or another ….drum roll, please….Big Poppa!  We're still unclear as to when this tryst/date/fling/whatever-it-was supposedly took place since Ashlee was celebrating her divorce on the opening episode of B.R.A.  If it is true, can you imagine the tea she has on Kim?

UPDATE:  Well, we knew the Big Poppa dirt might be too delish to be true.  According to Ashlee, her boyfriend Zach (who we'll see on the show) is the only person she has dated since her divorce.  Interesting tidbit about Zach that will be revealed on the first episode – he was also dating Ashlee's co-star Meagan at the same time for a short bit.  Oh the drama never ends!  

RHOA connections aside, a few more tidbits worth noting about Ashlee:

• In her younger years of singing and dancing, she performed for the President of the United States
• Crowned Miss Georgia Teen at 16
• Was runner up in Miss Teen All American (Halle Berry won the title the year Ashlee was born)
• Awarded the Simper Fidelis Award for Musical Excellence from the United States Marine Corp

Ready or not – here it comes. Kim Zolciak's spinoff Don't Be Tardy is alive and well and coming to Bravo this spring. To celebrate the momentous occasion Kim, informed the masses of Wigettes on twitter that filming had officially wrapped. And to celebrate she de-wigged again.

Kim also hinted that viewers will see a lot more of her wig-free on this season. "Wigless 2day 4 my last interview of the season!" Above is a photo from Kim's last day of filming – and below is the side shot! 

Personally I think Kim looks so much prettier and younger sans Wigs, but I guess she's gotta keep pimping what made her a household name, right?

Moving on, TamaraTattles has more on what's happening with Kim's court battle against her mom, Karen Zolciak. If you recall Karen is suing Kim for visitation of her granddaughters Brielle and Ariana claiming Kim has refused to let her see them since she was thrown out of Kim's wedding. 

Additionally, Karen claims Kim is providing an unhealthy environment for the girls and her life is unstable due to reality television. The girls gave a statement to the presiding judge claiming they no longer want to or have time for their maternal grandparents and have simply grown apart from them. 

Despite this, the judge ordered the family to go to court-ordered mediation. Tamara reports that they have completed one mediation session and are due for another to happen in March.

Unfortunately the law may not be on Karen's side, because one of the biggest storylines of Kim's spinoff is Kroy Biermann legally trying to adopt the two girls and once that happens they will be living with both parents thus limiting Karen's claims.

Last we heard the adoption was still pending (one of Kim's exes had his rights terminated legally), but it's safe to say the drama of Kim vs. Karen will also be a big storyline on the show. 

Hopefully as the girls get older they will make their own choices about the relationship they want to have with their grandparents. It's a little sad that this will be used to generate TV drama. Hopefully everything works out in the end and at least we can say that Kim is really going through with reality TV by airing a good portion of her reality – even if her motives are likely self-serving!

Atlanta is taking over Tuesday night! Former and present Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kandi Burruss both have highly anticipated spinoffs premiering on April 9th! 

First up, viewers will be treated to a wigtastic double feature of The Wigs & Cigs hour, aka Don't Be Tardy featuring Kim, her hair, Kroy Biermann and the fam – now with four kiddies, so help us Jesus. 

A year after Kim's million-dollar wedding (and eviction), the family is working on their latest dreamhouse as they are all squeezed into Big Poppa's condo. And despite Kroy having a very successful season with the Falcons, Kim's daughters are struggling to adjust to having a new dad and two baby brothers all competing for the attention of the wigtriarch.

And that's not all –  Kim is no longer speaking to her parents who in turn have taken her to court hoping to get visitation with Brielle and Ariana. Yes, Bravo cameras will be capturing all of that family drama to preserve embarrassment for all time's sake.

However, per the Bravo press release, "Kim refuses to let any of this bring down her spirits because as she says, 'Just ask, believe and receive.'"

And now onto Kandi! Bravo gave a brief glimpse of The Kandi Factory last year which scored whopping ratings, and with that a full-season was born! 

Kandi will work with "16 aspiring artists jumpstart their dreams of success in the music industry." Looking for raw talent Kandi will then help aspiring stars groom fine-tune their talents to make it in the business."

Kandi recognizes something special in each of the contestants and through the process she hopes to discover the next rising star."

The show will also feature a bevy of industry experts including Kandi's longtime production partner Don Vito (often featured on RHOA), choreographer Victor Jackson and stylist Kwame Water.

TELL US – WHOSE SPINOFF ARE YOU MORE EXCITED FOR?

What is it with Real Housewives of Atlanta and baby issues? Two seasons ago it was the controversy over Phaedra Parks' very suspect due date. Last season it was black baby gate and this season it is apparently baby NAME gate and the surrounding controversy over who has claim to the name Kash. 

Kandi Burruss shared on last week's episode that she always dreamed of a son named Kash, so imagine her surprise when former friend Kim Zolciak announced that her youngest son was named Kash Kade (aka dishsoap) Biermann. 

In her Bravo blog, Kandi gives her perspective on the name that apparently everyone wants! Except me. Just for the record, I do not want the name Kash.

"For many years I used to always keep a list of names for if I had any future kids. Kash was one of the names. When Todd and I started dating, just like many people do, we talked about if we ever had kids what we would name them, and Kash is the one name we agreed on," Kandi begins.  

"After moving into the new house we would tell everyone that came to visit when I would give them the tour of the house that 'This is going to be Kash’s room' when I would take them to this one particular bedroom upstairs.  I would say it EVERY TIME… People would make jokes about it."

"Kim came over to my house and I could’ve sworn that just like with everyone else I told her about Kash’s room. So when I had heard she had the baby and that she named him Kash, I felt like that was not cool for her to use the same name I had been going on and on about, and I wondered why would she take my idea. I was not the only one who felt that way."

"I got so many calls and texts from other people who know us both on the day she announced her child’s name. They also thought she took it from me and that it was not cool. It’s not that people can’t use the same names, I think it was more the principle of the whole thing that bothered me."

"Well, since then a mutual friend Derek J said that Kim had mentioned the name to her before, and that she really believes Kim didn’t get it from me. So I have to ask myself, did I not mention to Kim the whole 'Kash’s room' idea when I gave her the tour of my house? Had I not told her about my list of names as I have told so many other friends?"

"It doesn’t even matter anymore. It’s her child’s name and that’s fine. I know people think it’s silly to come up with names for kids you don’t have yet, but I’m sure I’m not the only person who plans for the future with someone they love."

What Kandi is NOT over is Kim talking a whole bunch of ish about her on twitter over the incident and insisting Kandi is lying! Kandi points out that it's a bit rich – considering the source!

"Kim tweeted that she wants Andy to bring a lie detector test to the reunion so that we can see who is lying about Kash’s name. I don’t get the part about seeing who’s lying about the name, because clearly I didn’t get the name from Kim," Kandi wonders. 

"I think Kim has a great idea with this whole bringing a lie detector to the reunion! I would love to add more questions to the list for Kim to see if she would pass…," Kandi adds, speaking for all of us! "I find it strange that someone who’s always been described as a big liar, even by her own parents, would suggest bringing a lie detector test to the reunion. Girl, you are setting yourself up for failure!" A-MEN!

"Even though Kim and I are not on the best of terms, I wouldn’t even wish that on her. Can you imagine the can of worms that would open up if they bring a lie detector to the reunion? If all the alleged lies from Season 1 until now were able to be confirmed or disputed? Hmm… I bet she would lie her way out of taking the test if that happened! LOL!"

Kim also claims she has proof she got the name first since she set up an LLC in Kash's name. "Goes to show you I even created a LLC 323 days ago in Kash's name."  Not sure what exactly that proves. Her kid is like nine months old anyway! 

And hey – at least this settles whether or not Kim will be appearing at the reunion. I guess she is – lucky us! 

Well with all of that being intricately dissected, tonight is an all-new episode of RHOA. The girls leave LA and head to Vegas where apparently the bikini waxing situations of strippers in their natural habitats is observed and documented. Thank goodness for classy television.

Construction on Zolciak Manor (aka Kim Zolciak's dream home) is still chugging along!

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star took to Twitter this week to share the latest updates on her eight-fireplace dream home.  Kim also shared some behind-the-scenes shots from the taping of "Don't Be Tardy" and confirmed that she WILL be attending the Atlanta reunion! (Oh this should be good!)

With less than one month until the season 2 debut of her spinoff, Kim shared the above photo from filming day on DBT, "Our 1st two stand ins!! Now we are finally in the chair! I know you love our sweats at the bottom! #rolling".  Worth noting: Kroy's toes are painted, too.

I guess this is one bridge Kim Zolciak-Biermann has officially burned! 

Years after the release of Don't Be Tardy For The Party (which also spawned the name of Kim's two spinoffs), the original writer of the song Kandi Burruss is suing Kim for nonpayment!

Kandi was shown writing the song on Real Housewives of Atlanta. She also produced the song for Kim. Several times she tried to recoup monies owed to her for both royalties and production/writing fees. Kim made a ton of excuses and then used the money to buy wigs, cigs, and other Kim necessities, like self-tanner and booze.

Courthouse News reports that Kandi filed a suit in federal court claiming Kim "illegally licensed and distributed a song" Kandi wrote with co-plaintiff Rodney Richard! The song was also removed from iTunes because of legal issues; it has since been reinstated with new album artwork. 

Uh-oh! Kim's been bragging about how many millions her new mansion is worth; well good ol' Wigs n Cigs better have money where her mouth is, cause lord knows – Kim's mouth often writes checks that her husband bank can't cash. 

The RHOA reunion is currently taping – both Kandi and Kim are attending – so this should be veeeeeerrreee interesting! In addition to this Kim is also battling it out in court with her parents! 

And just a little clarification on the history of the song since there seems to be some confusions. Yes, it was originally a country song. According to my research Kim purchased the rights from the original writer and is therefore able to rework the song how she sees fit - aka destroy it. 

Kim then hired Kandi to write the song. Kandi rewrote the lyrics and music, but they used the original refrain, "Don't be tardy for the party…" Kandi is the writer & producer of the CURRENT version of Don't Be Tardy.

At some point, Kim also had her 'girlfriend' DJ Tracy rework the musical portion of the song when iTunes pulled it for copyright since one of the producers was (is?) also taking legal action against Kim. Kim reissued the song as "Tardy For The Party" and got new album art, but kept the same lyrics (written by Kandi), so it's back on iTunes. 

Since Kandi is the CURRENT writer of the song – not Kim's daughter as she would like us to believe – she is at least owed a co-writer's credit and royalties. We'll see how it plays out and will be giving more details as they emerge.

TELL US – IS IT ABOUT TIME KANDI SUED KIM?

UPDATE: Kim has cryptically addressed the matter on twitter: 

And some people will do anything for money – including scamming their friends and taking advantage of people left and right to get their way. Right, Kim? 

Things are getting heated and dangerous in the land of Real Housewives of Atlanta. I cannot wait! Lord knows I love a legal drama! 

Kandi Burruss, along with co-writer and co-producer Rodney Richard are suing Kim Zolciak for non-payment and improper use of copywritten material over the song "Don't Be Tardy." The suit was filed in federal court. 

Well Wigs is not taking any accountability in the matter! Oh Kim… You know if the tables were reversed Kim would hunt Kandi down and waterboard her for that money! 

"This is nothing short of a publicity stunt, I find this lawsuit funny yet sad," Kim told Too Fab. "Coming after me now and this song is 4 years old? I have in fact overpaid Kandi and have documents to prove it and my legal team will handle this accordingly."

"I cannot imagine it’s anything more than a publicity stunt as it doesn’t appear to be enough money at issue to make a case," Kim's overworked attorney Darrell Miller adds. Kandi's spinoff The Kandi Factory also premieres next month! 

Access Atlanta reports that Kandi is also suing TuneCore, which distributes music to online retailers. Don't Be Tardy has sold $102,000 copies and Brielle Zolciak – Kim's eldest daughter – is listed as the songwriter!

Kim reportedly paid Kandi $4,000 in 2009 for her work on the song and has not remitted any payment since; including refusing to pay her for writting and producing fees. 

KANDI IS FURIOUS KIM STOLE KASH FROM HER! 

Kandi has not commented on the matter – I am positive it was addressed at the reunion filmed yesterday! However, Access Atlanta shares that Kandi's attorney is none other than good friend and high-powered entertainment lawyer Phaedra Parks! 

Yes, before she was sparring and strutting over donkey bootys and Krayonce, Phaedra had a real career as an attorney. 

In fact Phaedra had a quite successful career which has largely been kept off the show (rumor has it she doesn't want it included)! Phaedra is reportedly getting a spinoff that focuses on her legalese. 

And a little backstory: In 2009 Rodney took Kim to court for improper use of copywritten material. Rodney produced the music on the track. iTunes pulled the song from their library over the violation. Kim then threw together a remixed version with new album artwork. The song is back on iTunes, but that right there proves that something shady is going on. The original lyrics – written by Kandi and Rodney- are still in use. 

Yes, Kim bought the song from Brielle's singing coach. Yes, NeNe Leakes is the one who told Kim that was the hit, but Kandi and Rodney wrote and produced the version currently being used and Kim "sang" the song. The only thing kept from the original song is the refrain, "Don't be tardy for the party…" 

Kim may have paid Kandi upfront for her writing services, but she has apparently not paid Kandi or Rodney royalties or licensing fees. Or producing fees. She would have to prove Kandi signed something relinquishing all royalties in exchange for a one-time fee (as Brielle's coach reportedly did) and agreed to have no claim to the material she created. 

Furthermore, the song was used as the intro track for Kim's spin-off Don't Be Tardy For The Wedding and is being used as the title track for her new spinoff (starting next month!), Don't Be Tardy. Many people wondered if the statue of limitations had expired, but intellectual property statues are different. I don't know all the specifics, but music and writing fall under the intellectual property umbrella! 

We'll see! My hunch is this will settle out of court and Kim will continue spinning about how Kandi is a loser looking for attention and how she already paid her.

I mean Kim never ever ever ever does anything wrong, right? And nothing is ever her fault. Not dating a married man. Not getting evicted. Not throwing her mom out of her wedding. Not stiffing her wedding planner. I mean, right? This girl can burn a bridge better than Napoleon!

Interesting, interesting! Kim Zolciak-Biermann's spinoff premiere date has been delayed!

Don't Be Tardy, the season two follow up to Don't Be Tardy For The Wedding, was supposed to premiere at 9 pm EST on April 9th; the same day Kandi Burruss' spinoff The Kandi Factory premiered at 10pm. 

However Kim just released the promotional photo for her new show on twitter and the premiere date is listed as April 16th – one week later! We confirmed with Bravo's website, which also lists April 16th for the season two premiere! 

Kandi's show is still listed as premiering on April 9th, so nothing has changed there! A promo photo for Kandi's new show is below!

Interesting, indeed! I'm sure it has to do with re-shoots and editiing delays. Last wekeend Kim announced they were shooting their individual interviews and posted a series of behind-the-scene photos of the family. Yesterday she tweeted: "that's a wrap!"

I do wonder if the delay has anything to do with the lawsuit Kandi filed against Kim for illegal use and licensing of "Tardy For The Party," the song. Kim is using the song as the intro music for her spinoff, just as it was used in last year's spinoff. Kandi is also seeking royalties and payment for writing and producing the song! 

Perhaps this latest legal imbroglio is going to be included in Kim's show! Speaking of said lawsuit, Kim continues to comment. She tweeted this yesterday: 

And just for the record, that's actually not true. Rodney Richard previously sued Kim for costs and back royalties and succeeded in removing the song from iTunes. Kim then re-released it with remixed music and different artwork. It is back on iTunes, but is currently subject to copyright approval. Rodney, aka Don Vito, is seen on RHOA working with Kandi and will be included in TKF.

Interestingly, despite the fact that Kim and Kandi were seen recording 'The Ring Don't Mean A Thing' on RHOA, both women have admitted the song was never actually produced and recorded because Kim didn't want to pay for it! So Ok, Kim… keep trying!

I still think Kim is grasping at straws trying to convince people she is in the right because she knows Kandi has a valid case against her!
